• Gmail access authorization
• Compatible web browser
• Stable internet connection

2.3 Subscription and Payments:

• Some features may require a paid subscription
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

3. Gmail API and Email Processing

3.1 By using our Service, you authorize us to:

• Access your Gmail account through the Gmail API
• Read and modify emails as necessary for the Service
• Perform automated actions on your behalf
• Process email content using AI services

3.2 You acknowledge that:

• We follow Gmail API usage guidelines and restrictions
• You can revoke access to your Gmail account at any time
• We are not responsible for any email loss or modification resulting from your use of the Service

4. AI Processing

4.1 Our Service uses artificial intelligence to process emails:

• Email content is processed using AI services from Together AI (Llama 3.1), Cerebras, and Groq
• AI processing is used for email categorization and analysis
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results
• You acknowledge that email content may be processed by multiple AI providers
• All AI processing follows our strict privacy and security guidelines

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Terms:

• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You are responsible for all charges incurred
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

5.2 Payment Processing:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store complete payment information
• You agree to provide accurate billing information

6. User Obligations
